How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping and handling option is free within the continental US on all gift boxes, with a $4 shipping fee charged on all other non-gift box items up to $35, and a $9 fee on other non-gift box items $35 and up. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the American Armed Forces is free for orders $90 and over, and follows the pricing below for all orders under $90:

Alaska and Hawaii - $5.00

American Armed Forces -$10.00

$35.00-$89.99

Alaska and Hawaii - $15.00

American Armed Forces - $20.00

Expedited shipping options are also available during checkout, pricing will vary by service and items.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email when your Elevated Boxes order is on its way.

Please note that we are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses or loss due to weather, theft, or shipping error. Also, on occasion we may need to substitute our items for a comparable product due to temperatures, availability, or other issues. We appreciate your understanding.

When will my order arrive?

Upon receiving your order, it is our goal to ship it within 3 business days. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days after they ship when using our standard free shipping option. Shipping times can be longer during the busy holiday season or due to high demand. If your order is delayed, please know that we and our makers are working hard to make more products, build more boxes and get them out for you ASAP!  We appreciate your understanding and patience.

How are Elevated Boxes packed?

Every order is packed in one of our signature boxes filled with exclusive tissue paper and recyclable snowy-white fill. We do our best to avoid plastic and bubble wrap to help shrink our business’s environmental footprint.

How do I ship to multiple recipients?

Using our multi-ship feature, you can place an order for multiple boxes, with multiple recipients. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll help out! 

What if I need to make a change on my order?

Please review your order carefully upon confirmation, and contact us at support@nimbleimpressions.com within one hour if you need any changes made.

I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

If you are placing an order from a work email address, our communications may be blocked by your company's spam filters. Check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email. We recommend using a personal email address to receive important order updates. 

If you are on a personal email address, or have followed the steps above and are still not receiving a confirmation email, please contact us here and we will work with you ASAP to provide your order details! 

What if I accidentally shipped to the wrong address?

If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we are happy to ship it to another address provided you pay for the additional shipping fee. We will be in touch with you to learn more about the shipment and arrange a redirected delivery or donation. Elevated Boxes is not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect delivery address. 

What if something arrives broken?

If your package was shipped directly to you from our warehouse and it arrives broken, take a picture of the broken product as well as the shipping label clearly showing information and contact us at support@nimbleimpressions.com for further action. Please do this within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement product.

I'm a local maker and I would love to join the Elevated Boxes family. How do I sell my items with you?
